Abbey Products
In the Abbey Shop you will find all the products from the Abbey Basket: beer, cheese, bread and gingerbread. As well as additional products such as glasses, dishes and gift packaging. Our range also includes Momentum cheese and Momentum bread. These are truly unique products as the cheese is matured in the abbey and the bread is baked on site.
Books
Whatever your preferred type of reading matter may be, in the Abbey Shop you are sure to find what you are looking for. Our extensive range includes books in many categories: religion, spirituality, hobbies, children’s books and more. Of course you will also find all the educational matter published by the Averbode publishing company. In short, reading pleasure for young and old.

The Abbey Shop also provides visitors with tourist information about cycling and hiking routes in the Merode area and Hageland. Situated close by, these areas offer tourists a unique experience. Also available in the shop is additional information about the abbey itself, which is definitely well worth a visit.

Within the range of books available in this category, the Averbode religious fund focuses on philosophical literature: contemporary themes in these works are broached from the Christian point of view.
